Questions before you start
Can I use RoveLogics for mobile and in-studio massage?
Yes. Set services to mobile, at a business location or both. Mobile availability considers the address and travel; business-location appointments use the calendar and location rules. Solo includes Calendar Smart Booking, and Team adds shared rooms and resources.
Can clients book multiple people at one home?
Household booking supports consecutive services at one address within the provider's configured limit. Set the allowed household size and any additional-person discount, then check the full service and turnover time before sharing the booking flow.
Which plan includes SmartFill and advanced scheduling?
Solo and Team include SmartFill and advanced route-aware scheduling. Free includes core booking and a monthly allowance of 100 standard route calculations. Eligible new businesses can start a 30-day Solo trial after email verification and setup, with no card or automatic payment.
Is general RoveLogics a place for treatment notes?
General RoveLogics is for scheduling and business logistics. Keep treatment notes, diagnoses and protected health information out of general RoveLogics forms, records and messages. RL Health is a separate product in development.
Do I need a payment processor to set up my account?
No processor is needed just to create a Free account or activate an eligible no-card Solo trial. Before requiring client payment or a card at booking, connect and verify the supported processor for that workflow. Client payment processing is separate from your RoveLogics subscription.
