By creating a provider account, you acknowledge that you operate an independent business and remain responsible for the services you choose to provide. RoveLogics supplies business software and decision-support tools; it does not supervise your work, guarantee customer conduct, or assume your professional obligations.
Solo and Team are paid plans. Complimentary premium access is reserved for individually approved RoveLogics Insiders and does not convert to paid billing automatically.

1. Independent Business Relationship

You operate, own, or are legally responsible for the independent service business connected to this account. If an adult parent or guardian owns or manages the account for a minor who provides services, the adult account owner remains responsible for the account and the business relationship with RoveLogics. RoveLogics does not employ, supervise, credential, license, insure, direct, or provide professional services on your behalf. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, agency, or joint-venture relationship.

You control whether to accept a client, what services to offer, your pricing, scheduling rules, service area, business policies, and the manner in which you perform your services, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement you have with your own customers.

2. Licensing, Insurance, and Professional Compliance

You are responsible for maintaining all licenses, registrations, permits, certifications, insurance coverage, tax registrations, and other authorizations required for your business. You are also responsible for complying with scope-of-practice rules, professional standards, consumer-protection requirements, employment or contractor laws, accessibility obligations, and local business requirements that apply to you.

You must not falsely claim or imply that you hold a license, certification, regulated title, or professional authorization that you do not hold. RoveLogics does not independently verify every professional qualification unless a feature expressly says otherwise, and displaying a credential or profile field does not itself constitute endorsement.

RoveLogics may periodically or in response to risk indicators ask you to verify identity, licensing, business authorization, or another material representation made through the Platform. Automated systems may identify accounts for human compliance review, but an automated flag is not itself a finding of misconduct.

3. Customer Relationships, Public Content, and Service Responsibility

You, not RoveLogics, are the provider of services booked through your RoveLogics page. You are responsible for informed consent, customer communications, refunds, cancellations, service outcomes, professional judgment, recordkeeping, customer complaints, and any service-specific agreement required for your business.

You are responsible for the accuracy and professionalism of your public business information, prices, policies, availability, travel fees, cancellation terms, coupon offers, images, and other customer-facing information you configure.

RoveLogics may not be used to advertise, arrange, facilitate, or disguise sexual or erotic services. Public profiles may not contain pornography, explicit nudity, fetish or erotic material, sexually suggestive promotional imagery, sexualized posing, or other content reasonably likely to be understood as soliciting sexual services.

Images should have a reasonable connection to the business, its services, team, professional identity, equipment, workspace, vehicle, or work results. Professional headshots are allowed. Casual selfies and unrelated lifestyle or promotional images may be flagged or removed when they do not meaningfully support the business profile. Legitimate professional massage, bodywork, beauty, or fitness imagery is not prohibited merely because ordinary skin is visible when the context and presentation are nonsexual.

RoveLogics may use automated image or content screening to identify material that may violate these standards or may be unrelated to the business. Automated flags may lead to temporary blocking, review, or removal of public content; material account enforcement remains subject to the applicable review process described in the Terms.

4. Mobile-Service and Location Risk

You decide whether a client, address, route, environment, or appointment is appropriate for you to accept. Route calculations, booking questionnaires, geographic rules, safety reports, check-in/check-out tools, late-arrival alerts, and similar features are intended to support your decision-making and do not guarantee safety, identity, road conditions, accessibility, suitability of a location, or the absence of risk.

You remain responsible for obeying traffic laws, evaluating weather and road conditions, protecting equipment and personal property, deciding when to leave or decline a location, and contacting emergency services when appropriate.

5. Routing, Mileage, and Scheduling Tools

RoveLogics uses third-party mapping information and your own schedule, service locations, buffers, and settings to estimate route feasibility. Traffic, closures, mapping errors, customer-provided addresses, and changing real-world conditions can affect results.

You should review unusual route or mileage results before relying on them. Mileage records and reports are operational estimates and are not tax advice or a guarantee that a deduction qualifies.

6. Client Data and Privacy Responsibilities

You may use RoveLogics only to collect and process information you have an appropriate legal basis and authority to handle. You are responsible for your own privacy notices, consents, retention obligations, customer requests, and industry-specific recordkeeping requirements.

You must not use free-text fields, uploads, forms, or notes to collect categories of information that RoveLogics has expressly prohibited or that the current deployment is not approved to process.

7. Healthcare-Data Restriction on the Standard Platform

Unless RoveLogics expressly confirms otherwise in writing, the standard RoveLogics platform is not approved for protected health information subject to HIPAA or similarly regulated clinical information. Providers must not enter PHI, diagnoses, treatment records, clinical intake data, or other specially regulated health information into the standard RoveLogics platform.

Businesses evaluating healthcare workflows may use synthetic information or nonclinical business data until RoveLogics confirms an approved healthcare-specific environment and the required contractual and technical safeguards.

8. Forms, Policies, Waivers, and Customer Agreements

RoveLogics may provide templates, configurable forms, checkboxes, signatures, or policy-display tools. You are responsible for deciding whether any form, waiver, consent, or policy is legally appropriate for your service and jurisdiction.

RoveLogics does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a template, electronic signature, checkbox, cancellation policy, or liability waiver is enforceable for your business.

9. Payments, Cash, and External Payment Apps

You are responsible for your prices, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, deposits, cancellations, and compliance with the rules of any connected payment processor or external payment method.

When RoveLogics records Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or another external payment, the Platform may distinguish between a customer reporting that payment was sent and the provider confirming receipt. Unless RoveLogics receives independent processor confirmation, it does not represent an external payment as verified.

10. Safety Reports

If you submit a safety or incident report, you agree to do so in good faith, provide information reasonably related to a legitimate safety concern, distinguish firsthand observations from assumptions or secondhand information, and avoid knowingly false, retaliatory, discriminatory, exaggerated, or malicious claims.

At present, your incident reports and business-specific booking blocks remain private to your business and authorized RoveLogics personnel with a legitimate operational need. Filing a report does not automatically place the subject or associated identifiers into a cross-business warning system.

RoveLogics may moderate, reject, restrict, correct, or remove reports and may suspend safety-feature access when it believes the system is being abused. Your use of safety features is also governed by the Safety & Trust Policy.

11. Account Security and Team Access

You are responsible for protecting credentials, using available security features, and granting team access only to authorized individuals. Do not share passwords or use another person's login to avoid active-provider limits or charges. If you manage an account for a provider under 18, the adult account owner keeps the login and the minor provider does not receive or use those credentials.

RoveLogics support and concierge account-setup services use the Platform's delegated-access process rather than password sharing. RoveLogics staff signs in with a separate staff account. Delegated access is permission-scoped, time-limited, revocable, and audited, and you may revoke it before the scheduled expiration.

12. Insider Program Participation

Most RoveLogics providers use the Free tier or subscribe to paid Solo or Team plans. The optional Insider Program is separately application-based. Approved members may receive up to 90 days complimentary premium access, depending on the approved plan and activation date.

Participants share practical feedback during the program, including roughly monthly check-ins and a final evaluation. Honest criticism is welcome. Qualifying members approved by staff may receive 25% off the base price of their first paid annual plan, but not future renewals, third-party charges, or additional Team seats.

Insider access does not enroll a provider in recurring billing. A paid subscription requires affirmative checkout consent. When complimentary access ends, the account may move to the available Free features until the provider chooses a paid plan. Existing complimentary-access arrangements remain subject to previously promised notices and individually agreed terms.

13. Data Export and Account Closure

RoveLogics provides tools for exporting supported business records. You are encouraged to export and retain copies of important records periodically.

You may delete your account through available account controls. Operational business data will be deleted according to the Privacy Policy and applicable technical or legal retention requirements. Safety information, if retained, is subject to separate documented retention criteria and safeguards rather than being retained indefinitely merely because a report once existed.

14. Suspension and Account Restrictions

RoveLogics may restrict or suspend access for serious security concerns, unlawful conduct, fraud, deliberate misuse of safety reporting, attempts to access another business's data, prohibited data processing, or material violations of the Terms or this Agreement.

Where reasonably practicable, RoveLogics will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect people, customer data, Platform security, or legal compliance.

15. Liability Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that operating a mobile or location-based service business involves risks RoveLogics cannot eliminate, including travel, entering private property, customer conduct, theft, injury, equipment loss, inaccurate customer information, traffic, and service-specific professional risk.

RoveLogics provides operational tools but does not assume responsibility for the services you provide or for risks arising from your independent business decisions. Limitation-of-liability and indemnification obligations are further addressed in the Terms of Service.

16. Incorporation of Other Terms

The RoveLogics Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are incorporated into this Agreement. The Safety & Trust Policy is also incorporated when you use RoveLogics safety features. If a conflict exists between this Provider Agreement and a more specific written agreement signed by RoveLogics, the more specific agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

17. Contact

Providers may use the RoveLogics support or legal-contact channels made available through the Platform for account, contractual, subscription, or Insider Program questions.

Program notice: The optional Insider Program and its separate complimentary access terms are described in Section 12.
