SOFTWARE FOR MOBILE AUTO DETAILERS

A three-hour detail can reshape the whole route.

RoveLogics is booking and scheduling software for mobile auto detailers. Offer times around the job's actual duration, equipment setup, cleanup and travel, then keep customer locations, booking requirements and payments in the same workflow.

Eligible new businesses: 30-day Solo trial after email verification and setup. No card or automatic payment. Trial details

THE WORK BETWEEN BOOKINGS

Build a day you can actually work.

A client address, service duration and the visits around it all affect which times fit. A travel fee covers cost; a time buffer protects the calendar.

01

Give each package enough time

Create clearly named services for the packages and vehicle sizes you offer, with their own duration and price. Account for setup and cleanup rather than relying on a single time estimate for every job.

02

Check the work location first

Use screening questions for parking, access, space to work, water or power requirements and vehicle condition when relevant. An address may be inside your service area and still fail the timing check between two existing jobs.

03

Make the payment rule clear

Choose no prepayment, a deposit or full payment to match the workflow you support. Connect a ready processor when collecting online payment, and let the client review the service, travel fee and total before submitting.

FROM ACCOUNT TO FIRST BOOKING

Start with the way you work.

Keep your booking page private while you prepare. Review the actual settings before sharing it with clients.

  1. Build a service menu with realistic durations

Enter the detailing packages and vehicle-size variants you actually sell. Set prices, equipment setup and cleanup time. Describe what's included so customers can choose the right service.

  2. Define where and when you work

Confirm working days, hours, drive limits, buffers, service jurisdictions and any geographic day zones. Use complete street addresses with city, state and postal code for route checks.

  3. Set access questions and booking terms

Ask the logistics questions that determine whether you can perform the job. Review cancellation terms and any deposit requirement. Stripe is the recommended integration based on RoveLogics testing; Square remains a supported alternative for compatible workflows.

  4. Check a representative day

Use Booking Test Lab for a nearby job, a longer drive and an insertion between existing appointments. If hidden, enable the lab in Settings, Customize dashboard. Review your booking page before opening it to customers.

Questions before you start

Can I use different durations for different detailing packages?

Yes. Create services with their own names, prices and durations, plus setup and cleanup time. For example, define a longer service for a larger vehicle when that reflects your work. This does not automatically estimate vehicle condition or job duration for you.

Can I collect a deposit before a detailing job?

RoveLogics supports configured deposits or full payment through a compatible, connected processor that is ready for checkout. Review the payment rule and processor readiness before enabling customer bookings. Processor fees are separate from the RoveLogics subscription.

Does a travel fee make an out-of-the-way job bookable?

No. A fee helps recover travel cost; it does not create time. The proposed job must still fit the drive limit, service duration, buffers, working hours and the appointments around it.

Which plan fits a solo detailer or a small crew?

Free provides one-provider core booking with 100 standard route calculations per month. Solo adds advanced scheduling, SmartFill and promotions for one provider. Team includes two active providers with separate calendars, routes and permissions. Team is not included in the Solo trial.

What customer information can I keep with a detailing booking?

Client contact information, saved service locations and appointment history stay with the booking workflow. Use clear service descriptions and relevant booking questions to collect the vehicle size, condition and access details needed for your service.
