Getting started
Do I need a credit card to try RoveLogics?
No. You can create a limited Free account without a card. Solo and Team require paid checkout, unless you have been approved for the separate RoveLogics Insider Program.
What happens if I cancel a subscription?
At the end of the paid term, the workspace can use the available Free features without a new subscription; you retain supported export options.
Do clients need an account?
Not for normal public booking. Client accounts add saved locations, package visibility, and account tools.
Smart scheduling
Does RoveLogics use radius math?
No. For mobile appointments, the product is built around drivable road routes and travel time, so bridges, road layout, and geography can matter.
What if my business is studio-based or fixed-location?
RoveLogics also supports fixed-location booking with Calendar Smart Booking, which prioritizes efficient openings and helps reduce dead gaps without route calculations. Hybrid businesses can combine studio and mobile schedules.
What is SmartFill?
SmartFill helps providers fill useful openings from the waitlist instead of treating every empty calendar cell as equally valuable. It works for both mobile and fixed-location scheduling.
Can it stop impossible back-to-back mobile bookings?
That is one of the core jobs of route-aware availability: evaluate whether the new visit fits around the rest of the day.
Does Free still use real routes?
Yes. Free uses real road routing with a monthly allowance and more conservative scheduling logic.
Payments + booking
Can I require deposits?
Yes. Providers can configure deposit or full-payment requirements where supported by the connected payment workflow.
Can I sell packages or gift cards?
Yes. RoveLogics includes package, offer, coupon, and gift-card workflows.
Can clients book multiple people at one address?
Yes. Household and multi-client visits can share one trip and one route context.
Safety + privacy
What does RoveLogics do for provider safety?
Core safety tools include pre-book screening, visit check-in and check-out, missed check-out alerts, trusted-contact alerts, private incident reporting, verification workflows, and the ability to block future online booking when needed. These tools help providers manage risk, but no software can guarantee personal safety.
Are safety tools only on paid plans?
No. Core provider safety tools are intended to remain available across plans.
Does RoveLogics store card numbers?
No. Card collection is handled through supported hosted/tokenized payment workflows rather than storing raw card numbers in RoveLogics.
Is RoveLogics currently appropriate for PHI?
Not in the current environment. Do not enter PHI or other legally heightened health information unless RoveLogics explicitly states that your environment is approved for it.
Teams + operations
How does Team pricing work?
Team starts at $39/month with two active providers included, then $10/month for each additional active provider. Annual Team is $390/year for the base plan; additional providers are $120/year each.
Do managers count as paid providers?
Pricing is based on active practitioner profiles rather than charging for every administrative user.
Can providers keep separate calendars and routes?
Yes. Team is designed around independently scheduled providers with shared business administration.
Forms + notifications
Can I build intake or agreement forms?
Yes. Providers can create configurable forms and attach them to services.
Does RoveLogics send reminders?
Yes. RoveLogics supports email and in-app reminders, plus push when enabled. SMS remains unavailable until a separately disclosed paid option is released.
Can I export my data?
RoveLogics includes export tools so your business data is not trapped in the platform.
